The production timeline for private label products is subject to variation, contingent upon factors such as the specific product, packaging requirements, and the quantity you select. Once we have comprehensive information about your order, our team will furnish you with an estimated production timeframe. For MOQ of 50-200pcs takes about 2-4 weeks processing and shipping depends on your location.

Yes! DGW proudly ships both within the United States and internationally. International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your location and will be calculated at checkout. Shipping & Undeliverable Package Policy
DGW is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.
Packages returned to DGW as undeliverable will require a new shipping fee before they can be shipped back, as the original shipping fee has already been used for the initial shipment.
Customers have 2–3 weeks from the date of notification to provide a new, valid shipping address. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, the case will be closed and no refund will be issued.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Because all wholesale orders are customized specifically for your brand, DGW does not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds unless the issue is due to an error or fault on our end. All wholesale/private label sales are final.

Browse the DGW wholesale collection, select your product and quantity, then list your shade colors, how many you want of each shade, the original shade names, any new names, and your packaging color in the Instructions to Seller box before checkout. After purchasing, email us your logo and order number.

Wholesale samples are only available when the Wholesale Sampling option is listed on our website. Please check our website before ordering. If you do not see the sampling option available, samples are not being offered at that time.

The number of shades available depends on the product and quantity ordered. Please check the product description for the specific shade options available and ensure the total quantity across all selected shades matches your order quantity.
