Products & Services
We specialize in cosmetics, lip care, beauty products, wholesale products, and private label services. All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.
We do our best to display product colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee every device screen will display colors exactly the same.
Order Processing
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing times may vary depending on product demand, holidays, custom orders, wholesale quantities, or carrier delays.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Policy
We mainly ship using FedEx and DHL. Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive tracking information by email.
Deegoddesswholesale is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Incorrect addresses entered by customers
- Lost, stolen, or delayed packages after shipment
- Customs delays for international orders
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct before placing an order.
No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at deegoddesspalace@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Chargebacks & Fraud Protection
By placing an order, customers agree not to file fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes.
We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback with evidence including but not limited to:
- Order confirmations
- Tracking information
- Delivery confirmation
- Customer communication records
- IP address and fraud screening data
Fraudulent claims may result in refusal of future service and possible legal action.
Wholesale & Private Label Orders
Wholesale and private label orders may require additional processing time depending on customization and quantity.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before approval. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Customers, resellers, and wholesalers are required to create and use their own original content when promoting products purchased from our brand. Unauthorized use of our media content may result in legal action or removal requests.
