• Proof of delivery and tracking confirmation
• Order history and checkout records
• Customer communication logs
• Technical data such as IP address and device information

Dispute Resolution

We participate in chargeback dispute systems provided by payment processors and reserve the right to challenge any claims submitted against legitimate, fulfilled orders.
