A. Simply place your order directly through Deegoddesswholesale.com like a regular customer. No vendor application is required.


Q. What is the difference between wholesale and private label?

A. Wholesale orders are shipped without custom branding. Private label orders include your logo printed on selected products and packaging.


Q. Do you design logos?

A. No. We do not create or redesign logos. You must send a high-quality transparent PNG file of your logo, and we will imprint it onto the products of your choice.


Q. What file format should I send for my logo?

A. Please send a transparent PNG file with high resolution for the best print quality.


Q. Can I customize product colors, scents, or formulas?

A. Some products may offer customization options depending on availability. Contact us before ordering for special requests.


Q. Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A. MOQ varies depending on the product. Please check individual product descriptions on our website for details.


Q. How long does processing take?

A. Processing times vary depending on whether your order is wholesale or private label. Current turnaround times are listed on our website and do not include weekends, holidays, or delays during sales periods.


Q. Can I rush my order?

A. Rush processing may be available for select orders depending on workload. Please email us before placing your order.


Payments, Cancellations & Refund's

Q. Do you accept cancellations?

A. Yes. Cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of purchase. Once mockups, printing, or processing has started, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.


Q. What is your refund/exchange policy?

A. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if there is an error on our end, please contact us and we will work to correct the issue.


Q. Can I change my order after placing it?

A. Order changes must be requested within 2 hours of purchase. Once production begins, changes cannot be guaranteed.


Q. Why was my order canceled?

A. Orders may be canceled due to payment issues, stock availability, incomplete information, or suspected fraudulent activity.


Shipping & Delivery

Q. Who do you ship with?

A. We mainly ship with FEDEX and DHL for fast and reliable delivery. Some orders may also ship through USPS or UPS depending on location and package type.


Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes, we ship worldwide.


Q. Why is shipping expensive?

A. Shipping rates are determined by the courier based on package weight, size, and destination. We do not control carrier pricing.


Q. My order says “in transit.” Where is it?

A. Once your package has shipped, it is in the possession of FEDEX or DHL. Tracking updates are controlled by the courier, and we only see the same tracking information available to you.


Q. My package arrived damaged. What should I do?

A. If your shipment arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with FEDEX or DHL. We carefully package all orders using protective materials, but we cannot control handling during transit.


Q. My package is delayed. Can you speed it up?

A. Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or peak seasons are outside of our control.


Q. My package was marked delivered but I didn’t receive it.

A. Please contact the shipping carrier directly and check with neighbors or your local post office. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.


Q. My order is being returned to sender. What happens next?

A. Returned packages are usually caused by incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Once the package returns to us, we can reship it at the customer’s expense.


Q. Do I have to pay customs or import fees?

A. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. NO CUSTOMS OR IMPORT FEES ON ALL USA & CANADA ORDERS

Q. Why do handmade products sometimes vary slightly?

A. Handmade products, including lashes and cosmetics, may have slight variations in appearance due to the handmade production process.


Q. Will colors appear exactly the same in person?

A. Product colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, and production batches.


Q. Do your products come with ingredient labels?

Q. How much does it cost to become a vendor?

A. Nothing. Simply order through our website and start building your brand.


Q. Do you offer marketing or promotions for other brands?

A. No, we do not promote or advertise other brands.


Q. Are you accepting ambassadors, influencers, or promoters?

A. At this time, we are not looking for brand ambassadors but we accept promoters in exchange for free products.


Q. Can I sell your products under my own brand name?

A. Yes. Our private label services allow you to sell products under your own business branding.
