Q. What is your refund/exchange policy?
A. We do not offer refunds. If there’s an issue with your order, email us, and if the mistake is on our end, we’ll correct it. Exchanges are not available.
Q. My order says it’s in transit. Where is it?
A. Once your package ships, it’s with USPS and no longer in our possession. For tracking updates, contact USPS directly. We see the same information you do.
Q. My package arrived damaged. What should I do?
A. Priority packages come with insurance. You can file a claim with USPS for reimbursement. We package items with bubble wrap and “fragile” stickers, but we cannot control how USPS handles deliveries.
Q. My order is being returned to you. What happens now?
A. If your order is returned, we will refund the cost of the items only. Shipping fees are non-refundable since the label has already been purchased. Returns may occur due to incorrect addresses or missed deliveries.
Q. Do you offer samples?
A. We do not provide samples.
Q. Do you accept cancellations?
A. Yes, Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of purchase
Q. How long does order processing take?
A. Processing times depend on whether your order is regular wholesale or private label. Times are listed on our website and do not include weekends or major holidays. Orders during sales may take longer.

A. All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FEDEX & DHL
Q. Why is shipping expensive?
A. Shipping rates reflect carrier pricing based on weight. We do not control the rates.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes, we ship worldwide.
Q. Do you do meet-ups or local pickups?
A. No. All orders are processed online.
Q. Are you looking for promoters or brand ambassadors?
A. No.
Q. How much does it cost to become a vendor?
A. Nothing. Simply place orders on our website like any customer.
Q. How do I select wholesale lash styles?
A. Please read the wholesale product descriptions carefully before ordering.
Q. My lashes don’t all look the same. Why?
A. All lashes are handmade by different people, so slight variations are normal.
Q. Do you do promotions?
A. No, we do not promote other brands.
