Shipping policy

ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED VIA FEDEX OR DHL

Processing time: 2-4 weeks for ALL orders. We strive for 3 weeks or less.

RATES ARE DETERMINED BY SHIPPING CARRIER.

DEEGODDESSWHOLESALE DOES NOT CONTROL SHIPPING PRICES.

ONCE YOUR PACKING SLIP IS PRINTED, YOU'LL RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER VIA EMAIL.

Once your package has been sent out, DEEGODDESSWHOLESALE is not responsible for your package once in shipping carrier facility.

WRONG ADDRESS - the customer is responsible for adding the correct address at checkout. If your package was delivered somewhere in your town other than your residence, please contact the post office!

MISSING PACKAGE - if your package goes missing by shipping carrier, contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

WRONG ITEM: If you receive an incorrect item, you must email us immediately upon delivery of your package. Failure to contact us right away may result in your refund request being declined.

DELIVERED- If your package is marked delivered and it's not in your mailbox, please contact shipping carrier - they will get in contact with your mail person to see where they left the package. THERE WILL BE AN OPEN INVESTIGATION

INVALID ADDRESS - if your address doesn't contain a house number, correct city, town, zip code, you will be contacted via email, text message to get the correct address. If there's no answer, you will be refunded immediately.

if your package gets sent back to us due to invalid address your order will be refunded for the item only - not shipping

RETURN POLICY - if a product is damaged on arrival, contact the shipping carrier and file a claim.

Once processed, your order is shipped (Timeframe depends on the shipping option you chose at checkout)

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and chosen shipping method.

  • Domestic Shipping (USA): 2–5 business days
  • International Shipping: 10–14 business days (may vary by location)

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues beyond our control. Also delivery times is different from processing times.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

All international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees once the package reaches your country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Deegoddesspalace LLC is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by your local government.

The recipient is fully responsible for these charges and for complying with local import regulations. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more details before placing your order.


LOST, DAMAGED AND STOLEN PACKAGES

DEEGODDESSWHOLESALE is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service FEDEX & DHL. In the case of a holiday, orders are shipped on the next business weekday.  When shipped, you will receive an email containing your order tracking information.

 *Please note that business days for shipping and processing times do not include weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays. Processing time is an "additional" time frame separate to your shipping method of choice.
