Anti-Fraud, Harassment & Customer Conduct Policy

Respectful Communication
We do not tolerate abusive, aggressive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior toward our team members through email, social media, phone calls, text messages, or any other form of communication.
This includes:
- Harassment or intimidation
- Profanity or offensive language
- Racist, discriminatory, or derogatory remarks
- Repeated hostile or threatening messages
Harassment, Stalking & Threats
Any attempt to stalk, harass, threaten, or contact DeeGoddess Wholesale employees, contractors, or their family members through social media, personal accounts, or other platforms is strictly prohibited.
Threats of violence, harm, or intimidation will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Fraudulent Activity & Chargebacks
Fraudulent transactions, unauthorized payment methods, stolen credit cards, or false chargebacks are strictly prohibited.
Customers who initiate chargebacks for orders that were successfully delivered or fulfilled may be subject to collection efforts, legal action, and reporting to the appropriate financial institutions or authorities.
Social Media Misconduct
We welcome honest feedback; however, false statements, defamation, blackmail, or attempts to damage our brand for personal gain will not be tolerated.
Examples include:
- Threatening negative reviews to obtain refunds, free products, or special treatment
- Publishing knowingly false information about our products or company
- Coordinating harassment campaigns against DeeGoddess Wholesale
Reviews & Honest Feedback
We encourage genuine customer reviews and feedback. However, reviews must accurately reflect your experience and must not contain false, misleading, or intentionally harmful information.
