WHOLESALE & PRIVATE LABEL POLICIES

Thank you for choosing DeeGoddessWholesale to help bring your beauty brand to life. Before placing an order, please take a moment to read and understand our wholesale and private label policies.

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Because wholesale and private label items are created specifically for each customer, additional preparation time is required. Our estimated processing and shipping timeframe is approximately 2-4 weeks after your mockup has been approved. Weekends and holidays are not included in this timeframe.

Once your package is on its way, tracking will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

MOCKUP REVIEW & APPROVAL

A digital mockup will be provided for your review before production begins. Customers are responsible for checking every detail carefully, including:

  • Logo placement

  • Spelling and wording

  • Colors

  • Product selections

  • Packaging and container styles

Please review your mockup thoroughly before giving approval. Once approval has been submitted, your order moves into production, and additional edits may not be possible.

CUSTOM PACKAGING & PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Our private label products are customized and depend on current inventory. Occasionally, packaging designs, colors, or styles may change due to limited or unavailable stock.

If your selected packaging is no longer available, DeeGoddessWholesale may provide a similar alternative that complements your branding and maintains the overall look of your product.

We reserve the right to make reasonable packaging replacements when necessary to help prevent unnecessary production delays.

FINAL SALE, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

All wholesale and private label purchases are custom-made and considered final sale.

Because materials, customization, and production are arranged specifically for each order, refunds, cancellations, returns, or chargebacks will not be accepted once an order has been submitted and production has begun.

LOGO REQUIREMENTS

Customers must provide a clear, high-resolution logo with a transparent background in PNG format.

Low-quality, blurry, or incorrectly formatted logo files may delay the design and production process. DeeGoddessWholesale is not responsible for delays caused by missing or unsuitable logo files.

CUSTOM SHADES & ORDER DETAILS

Before submitting your order, please confirm that all product details are correct. This includes:

  • Shade and color selections

  • Product names

  • Container or tube choices

  • Packaging preferences

  • Custom instructions

Please enter all customization details in the “note to seller” section at checkout. You may also email your information immediately after placing your order.

DeeGoddessWholesale is not responsible for incorrect information, selections, or instructions submitted by the customer once the mockup has been approved.

TRACKING & DELIVERY

A shipping confirmation and tracking number will be emailed once your order has been shipped. Please allow time for the shipping carrier to receive, scan, and update the tracking information.

DeeGoddessWholesale is not responsible for:

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Customs delays or fees

  • Delays caused by holidays, weather, or circumstances outside our control

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping information is complete and accurate before placing an order.

During busy seasons or periods of high order volume, response and processing times may be longer than usual. Our team appreciates your patience as we work carefully to support each customer and help bring their beauty brand vision to life.
