Damaged, Lost & Stolen Package Claims

At DeeGoddessWholesale, we strive to ensure every order arrives safely and on time. Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the selected shipping carrier. Customers must follow the carrier’s claim procedures for damaged or lost shipments.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order. DeeGoddess Wholesale is not responsible for delays, returns, losses, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee of $24.99 plus the full shipping cost of the replacement shipment will apply. These fees must be paid before the order can be reshipped.

If a refund or cancellation is approved for an order returned due to an incorrect address, all shipping and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package is damaged or lost during transit, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier and retain all packaging materials, products, and supporting documentation.

Once your claim has been submitted, email the following to deegoddesswholesale@gmail.com:

  • Order number
  • Carrier claim number
  • Photos of the damaged package and products
  • Any supporting documentation requested by the carrier

Replacement processing times vary based on the nature of the claim and carrier investigation. Please allow 1–2 weeks after submitting all required documentation for replacement review and processing.

Stolen Packages

If tracking information confirms that your package was delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, DeeGoddessWholesale is not responsible for packages that are subsequently lost, stolen, misplaced, or taken by a third party.

Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. In cases of suspected theft, customers should contact their local police department and file a report if necessary. Customers may also contact the shipping carrier to submit a missing package investigation request.

Delivery Recommendations

If you have previously experienced package theft, delivery issues, or unsecured drop-off locations, we strongly recommend shipping orders to a secure address such as:

  • A business address
  • A trusted family member’s residence
  • A secure parcel locker or pickup location (where available)

Taking these precautions can help prevent delivery issues and ensure successful receipt of your order.

While we understand how frustrating delivery issues can be, DeeGoddessWholesale will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with claim documentation and carrier communications whenever possible.
