By completing your purchase with Deegoddesswholesale, you agree to the following terms:

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of cosmetic products, wholesale inventory, and private label items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Refund Policy

Once an order has been placed and processed, refunds are not issued. Please review your order details carefully before completing checkout.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence of the issue. After review, we will issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an order with Deegoddesswholesale, you agree to contact our support team first to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in being restricted from future purchases.

5. Processing & Shipping

Processing and shipping timelines are listed on our website and may vary depending on order size and customization. Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

Please note: During overseas holidays such as Chinese New Year, production timelines may be extended. Customers will be notified in advance if delays occur.
